Shipping Time

We offer standard and premium shipping (for 2D apparel) methods for our customers’ convenience. Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days.

Handling Time

Processing time takes 1-3 business days.

*Notes: 

  • Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. EST won’t be processed until the next business day.
  • Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time

2. Shipping Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including the correct zip code, as any errors may result in delays or incorrect delivery. If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with a detailed description of the issue, including any relevant photos or documentation. We will investigate the matter promptly and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to receive my order after placing it?

 What if my order is delayed or lost in transit?

In the rare event that your order is delayed or lost in transit, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your order is delayed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date based on the latest information from the carrier. If your order is lost, we will work with the carrier to locate the package and provide you with a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the change, as the order may already be in transit or have been processed by our warehouse. However, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

 How do I return a product?

In general, you must return the product within 30 days of delivery in its original condition and with all tags attached.
